From 9.30-12pm Line dancing. Learn basic steps in a progressive manner (learning new dances each week) in a friendly atmosphere.
Enjoy exercising both your body and mind whilst having fun and making life long friends. Suitable for all age
Improver and Intermediate dances with a new current dance being taught most weeks. Walk throughs on all others. Will need to have a basic understanding of line dance steps (or be proficient in another form of dance) to get the most enjoyment.
