From 9.30-10.30am Beginner / Improver line dancing. Learn some easy fun, short dances in a fun atmosphere.
Enjoy exercising both your body and mind whilst having fun and making life long friends. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

From 10.30 -12 Improver and easy intermediate dances with a new current dance being taught most weeks. Walk throughs on all others. Will need to have a basic understanding of line dance steps (or be proficient in another form of dance) to get the most enjoyment.
