From 9.30-10.30am Improver line dancing. Learn easy(ish) dances in a friendly atmosphere. Suitable for those who have mastered the beginner steps and looking to progress.
Enjoy exercising both your body and mind whilst having fun and making life long friends. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

From 10.30 -12 Improver and Intermediate dances with a new current dance being taught most weeks. Walk throughs on all others. Will need to have a basic understanding of line dance steps (or be proficient in another form of dance) to get the most enjoyment.
